Being a victim of Domestic Violence and Emotional abuse for over 15 years, addicted to drugs and alcohol, and being homeless, Dana Bryant knows firsthand how hard it is too overcome her fears and how important it is to feel like one can belong in our society. The objective for Eleanor’s Place for Women is to transform lives of pain and despair into those of hope and promise by providing a safe and nurturing environment that enables women to learn the life skills required to recover from the disease of addiction and homelessness, the courage to move beyond their past of abuse, and the tools to come home from incarceration and become productive members of society. To facilitate this mission, we provide a comprehensive range of individualized high quality services designed to support the women we serve in the San Diego County.
